My Missing Tooth

I lost a tooth. During a game at church I bumped into somebody and my tooth fell out. My gums hurt! I haven't gotten any money for it yet. I can't wait until the tooth fairy comes! I gotta tell you something...if somebody believes in the tooth fairy, don't let them hear it. (whispering) I know the truth about the tooth fairy. My Dad told me a joke that's very funny, even though he meant it. He said "I like your toothless grin!" He said that because I have two missing tooths on the bottom of my mouth, and this one that I'm telling you about right now is at the top of my mouth. I'm glad that it wasn't one of my permanent tooths!

Don't Litter

Littering is against the law, and you're taking bad care of your own home, the Earth.
If you litter, you can get a ticket. And if you litter you can mess up the world.
Do you want to see your own world messed up with trash?
Would you throw trash down all around your own house?
I don't want to see you littering. I really get angry about littering. Like one time, I picked up a whole bunch of litter in a park. It was hard work. But I can even clean up the whole Earth if I have to!
Don't litter!!!

Alligators and Crocodiles

Crocodiles

Alligators

Crocodiles and Alligators live in North America and probably Asia. They are cold blooded. They get out of water at night since it is cool and they get in the water during the day because it is hot. Crocodiles and alligators sometimes eat fish and turtles. They are strong because they have long tails. Nile crocodiles and alligators are so strong they can pull big things into the water like humans!

Crocodiles are more green than alligators and alligators are more gray then crocodiles. Crocodiles are bigger than alligators and alligators are smaller than crocodiles.

A.F.

I got a book from the library today. It's called Elizabite by H.A. Rey.
It's about a carniverous plant called a Venus Flytrap. And it grows really, really big. Elizabite bit the dog's tail off, bit the doctor, and bit the maid in the bottom! You should read Elizabite.
Then I made a paper Venus Flytrap. Then I made another flower, just a normal flower, and they were both named Bite, that's the Venus Flytrap, and Sunny, it's the normal flower. I decided to make a company named A.F. A.F. stands for Amazing Flowers. The people who work in A.F. will teach people about taking care of their garden. And there shall be members in A.F. The people who will be members will be people who take very good care of their gardens. The first member I'll ever know included in is my father. He's a doctor, but he takes very good care of the garden. The garden grows in a zip! A.F. has a little water bucket, and we keep Sunny and Bite where there's no sun, so A.F. made a sun for them. If you ever visit our house, you can talk to me, Emma Bacak, and you can learn more about it.

Emma's French Toast

I like to cook. Dad and I cooked French Toast on Saturday. It's really good. I think if you've never tried French Toast, you should try it. I found this recipe on a game. We had Nick and Carissa, and their baby, Eden, and Matt and Erin over for breakfast. And they liked it! So maybe some more of our friends can come over and try it. It was good! Try this recipe! You can print it out like I did.

Bats

Bats are found on every continent!!!! But not the Arctic. Isn't that amazing!? Bats can eat grasshoppers, moths, butterflies, and sometimes scorpions. If bats have babies, when they go to hunt, they leave the baby in a little nursery with other baby bats and they pack up to keep warm. Do you think that bats are birds? They're mammals. Mammals have fur, and bats have fur. Baby bats live on their mothers' milk. Birds don't have milk. Birds hunt for food for their babies. But bats have their own milk. Bats are NOT birds, they are mammals. Homes for bats are bushes, caves, barns, and fenceposts. Have you been to Moody Gardens? Well, there's this little rainforest thing, and if you make it through it, you can see bats. Mom doesn't really know about the bats. And she didn't like it when she saw the vampire bat. I saw it eating blood. Bats are pretty cool!
